ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Barista at our Japanese Café Lounge, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages while delivering a warm and memorable guest experience in line with our brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, specialty beverages, and pastries
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Female candidates only

• Non-smoker
