Description
We are looking to hire an experienced barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Hot & Cold drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, prep areas, and customer seating
• Restock and organize supplies
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of barista or coffee shop experience
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
