Description
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our high-end caf?/restaurant. You’ll craft premium coffee and beverages, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks to brand standards.
Provide attentive, personalized guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and functioning.
Support daily operations and uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience in a caf?, hotel, or fine dining setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
