JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bidding & Estimation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end tendering and estimation process for JTS across Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, and project-based services. The role ensures the preparation of accurate, competitive, and compliant bids aligned with company strategy, profitability targets, and operational capabilities.
The position plays a critical role in securing new business by transforming technical requirements into commercially viable proposals while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with JTS’s financial and operational frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end bid management (RFP/RFQ review, strategy, submission)
Prepare accurate cost estimates (manpower, materials, subcontracting)
Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with profitability targets
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and HR for bid inputs
Identify risks and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years in bidding/estimation within FM, O&M, or construction
Strong experience in the Saudi/GCC market
Proven track record in securing large-scale contracts
Advanced Excel and strong commercial acumen
