We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. If you are passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital collaboration, and delivering high-quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project workflows.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
Perform model quality checks, clash detection, and model validation.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Monitor BIM deliverables and project milestones.
Maintain model naming conventions, metadata, and documentation.
Support project teams in BIM best practices and workflow implementation.
Prepare coordination reports and issue logs.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience.

Strong proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit
Navisworks Manage
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
AutoCAD
Working knowledge of ISO 19650.
Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.
Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, or IFC workflows.
Understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles.
Experience preparing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
