Description
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations at XO Games. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and has strong gaming knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure all tasks are completed precisely.
Train new and existing employees and monitor their performance.
Handle customer issues professionally and maintain excellent service.
Restock shelves, monitor inventory, and prevent stock loss.
Create and maintain a clear system to locate and track all stock.
Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and submit to management.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
Follow company policies, pricing rules, and procedures.
Requirements
Gaming knowledge is a must (consoles, games, accessories).
Previous experience in retail or store management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good computer skills (POS systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
