Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in OMAN. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, pitching clients, and closing deals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Pitch clients and present our services
Meet clients face-to-face to build relationships and close deals
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
Valid or expired OMAN driving license
Experience in operations or sales, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry
GCC market knowledge and understanding of the local business landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic speaking is an added advantage
Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and close big deals
