Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities within the construction and property development sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the garage door business or related construction industry.
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the GCC market.
Strong local network and understanding of the Bahrain construction market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
