Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaking) to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our business in GCC markets. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and experienced in identifying opportunities, managing client communication, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international (GCC) markets.

Communicate with clients in Arabic for negotiations, follow-ups, and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to meet client requirements.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) written and spoken.

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience dealing with GCC-based clients is a plus.

Ability to identify prospects, build pipelines, and close deals.

Confident, proactive, and goal-driven personality.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
