Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious female Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the architectural & construction sectors.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture & construction industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the architecture team to understand project capabilities and requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the system
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Business Administration (MBA)
3-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the architecture industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of architectural industry trends and practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Preferably candidates belongs to Lebanon,Egypt,India,Pakistan
