Description

Albalatin Contracting Company Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Heavy Equipment Rental to lead growth initiatives in the Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying rental opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue in the construction and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rental (cranes, earthmoving, lifting, logistics, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with contracting companies, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
• Prepare and present competitive rental proposals and quotations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the equipment rental space.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure equipment availability and service quality.
• Attend industry events, client meetings, and project sites as required.
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and KPIs to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment rental sales or business development.
• Strong network of contacts in the Eastern Province construction and industrial market.
• Good knowledge of equipment types, pricing strategies, and rental operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid Saudi driving license.
