Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager – Manpower Solutions to grow our workforce supply and staffing services across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling manpower solutions, including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor, and will possess established relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and project-based companies.
This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding manpower contracts across multiple sectors such as construction, facilities management, logistics, hospitality, industrial, and oil & gas–related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand manpower supply business across Saudi Arabia.
Acquire new clients and manage key accounts requiring short-term and long-term manpower solutions.
Promote services including contract staffing, project manpower, outsourcing, and payroll services.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and pricing in line with Saudi market standards.
Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and HR teams to ensure timely mobilization of manpower.
Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable workforce solutions.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract discussions with decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector demand for manpower services.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure contract renewals and client retention.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and contractual obligations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development for manpower / staffing companies in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Saudi manpower regulations, visa processes, and labor compliance.
Proven ability to bring clients and close manpower supply contracts.
Existing relationships with contractors, corporates, and project-based companies in KSA.
Experience supplying manpower across multiple sectors is a strong advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
