Description
We urgently need Business Development Manager for our company based in Jubail. we are specialized company in maintenance of valves, pumps, gears, fabrication etc.
we are in search of BDM who can be productive, honest and revenue driven mind.
Summary of his roles and responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Market research and opportunity identification: Map target segments, evaluate competitors, and prioritize high-potential accounts.
Lead generation and pipeline management: Source, qualify, and nurture leads through outreach, events, and partner channels.
Partnerships and alliances: Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, channel agreements, and referral programs.
Proposal and contract management: Prepare commercial proposals, lead RFP responses, and close deals with legal/finance coordination.
Cross-functional collaboration: Align with Product and Marketing to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Reporting and forecasting: Maintain CRM records, produce weekly/monthly pipeline reports, and deliver revenue forecasts.
Salary market competitive plus commission
should have minimum Bachelors degree in Business administration, marketing or sales, have 7-10 years of experience in the required field.
