We are looking for an Arabic-speaking female Business Development Manager to join our restaurant team and develop bulk food orders and corporate catering business.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and develop bulk food orders from companies, factories, offices, labor camps, schools, and organizations.
• Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and company decision-makers.
• Generate new corporate catering customers and maintain existing clients.
• Visit companies and introduce our restaurant’s catering and bulk-meal services.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, menus, and contracts.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Meet monthly sales targets and grow restaurant revenue.
• Maintain a database of corporate clients and sales leads.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth delivery of large orders.

Compensation

Incentive-Based Position
• Attractive commission/incentive on successful bulk orders.
• Higher sales = Higher earnings.
• Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
• Suitable for someone who already has strong corporate/company contacts.

Requirements

• Female candidate required
• Arabic-speaking is required
• Experience in restaurant sales, catering, business development, or corporate sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to approach and develop new corporate clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Riyadh-based preferred.
• Expatriate candidates are welcome, subject to applicable Saudi employment/residency requirements.
