We are hiring a Captain Waiter to join our dine-in restaurant team in Najran City. The ideal candidate must have a valid Iqama and solid experience in restaurant service and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff.
• Ensure guests receive excellent dining service and satisfaction.
• Take and manage reservations, table assignments, and guest seating.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Train and guide new waiters on service standards and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene on the dining floor.
• Assist management in achieving service and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Valid transferable Iqama (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain Waiter or Head Waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
