We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Car Receiver / Service Advisor to join our automotive service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and ensure a smooth, professional vehicle drop-off experience

Perform initial vehicle inspection and accurately document condition

Register customer and vehicle details in the system (ERP)

Coordinate with workshop technicians on service requirements and timelines

Monitor job progress and proactively update customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service center

Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and electrical systems

Strong communication skills in Arabic & English

Experience with ERP / workshop management systems

Professional appearance with a strong customer-service mindset
