As a carving specialist, you will showcase your expertise in preparing and serving beautifully carved meats, fruits, and vegetables, elevating our dining experience and presentation standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, carve, and present the food with precision and artistry.
Ensure portion control, consistent quality, and appealing presentation.
Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carving chef or similar role.
Exceptional knife skills and a strong understanding of carving techniques.
Attention tp detail and an eye for presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
