Description
Handle customer transactions efficiently and courteously while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Support smooth front-of-house operations and uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges per company policy.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
Assist with order taking and coordination with service staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a cashier or in customer service.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer or POS system knowledge.
