Description
We are looking for a creative and passionate Fusion Chef
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in fusion or multi-cuisine restaurants
Strong creativity in menu development
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present innovative fusion dishes
Maintain kitchen standards and manage ingredients, cooking and plating a variety of
brunch(breakfast and lunch) dishes.
Collaborate with management for seasonal menus
