- CHEF ( Indian, Nepali, Bengali Nationals )

As a Chef, should have worked before with burgers and steaks. The Chef attracts and retains staff, maintains a cooperative relationship with team members, monitoring inventory, report making and Excel Knowledge, optimizes staff productivity, and serves as a replacement in team members' absence. You will train staff to use new recipes, cooking techniques and equipment, and oversee cooks performing food preparation. You will oversee the delivery of food supplies, prepare special dishes, and supervise overall kitchen operations during dinner service. To ensure success you will ensure your team delivers high-quality, cost-effective dishes promptly. And ensuring all dishes are created to the high standards we are known for.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Min 02yrs of Experience as Supervisor level
- Abroad working experience
- Should have knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Must have Restaurant field knowledge and experience
- Hotel Management or relevant Diploma courses
- Nationality : Any
- Language : English, Hindi and Arabic (basic)
- Salary : 2000 - 2500
