We are a leading company in property management and real estate development in Bahrain, seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant to lead our finance team and oversee all accounting operations, with a strong focus on real estate and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and auditing of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Review budgets, VAT filings, and ensure compliance with Bahraini financial regulations.
• Manage the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Review real estate and financial contracts, ensuring proper accounting treatment.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Monitor cash flow and manage landlord and tenant accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role within real estate companies in Bahrain.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) with good command of English.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Bahraini tax and financial regulations.
