Large-Scale Catering

What you'll do
- Lead and train the stewarding team
- Plan manpower for daily service and large events
- Run cleaning and deep-cleaning programs
- Keep the team audit-ready: HACCP, SFDA and Municipality
- Control chemicals, waste, china, glassware and cutlery

What we're looking for
- 7+ years in stewarding, including 3+ years as Chief, Head or Senior Steward
- Large-scale catering experience, ideally with Sodexo, Saudi Catering, Nesma or similar
- Managed large teams serving thousands of meals per day
- Valid HACCP and food safety certification
- Good English. Arabic is a plus.
