About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chinese Chef Assistant to join our restaurant team in Aziziyah, Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian Chinese cuisine and be prepared to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare, cook, and present Indian Chinese dishes with authenticity and consistency.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness.
Work efficiently during peak hours and support the team as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Indian Chinese cooking.
Previous work experience in India or Indian restaurants preferred.
Must have a valid Baladiya Card and Iqama.
Ability to work long hours (13–14 hours daily).
Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player.
