REQUIREMENT : CIVIL FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

Job Requirement :

• To oversee day-to-day civil and structural construction activities, ensuring all works are executed in line with approved drawings, project specifications, safety policies, and timeline commitments.
• Represent the company in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings, providing timely updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Prepare detailed daily site logs, weekly progress reports, and monthly performance reviews, identifying achievements, challenges, and necessary corrective measures.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals to ensure alignment with design intent and contractual obligations.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site, ensuring a safe working environment and promoting safety awareness among all team members.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision and project execution (residential, commercial & infrastructural projects).
