We are currently hiring a Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising structural and finishing works, managing site teams, and ensuring quality and safety compliance in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities including earthworks, concreting, masonry, and finishing
• Ensure that work is executed as per project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage site manpower and monitor productivity and progress
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow
• Monitor material usage and inventory at the site
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure housekeeping standards
• Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiar with site safety standards and quality assurance procedures
