Description
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional cleaning operations, including at least 2 years in supervision or training.
Strong knowledge of BICSc standards; relevant certification is preferred.
Hands-on experience in routine cleaning and deep cleaning.
Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning personnel.
Knowledge of cleaning machinery, chemicals, and health & safety procedures.
Experience in cleaning schedules, quality inspections, and performance monitoring.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning teams across assigned sites.
Conduct practical training based on BICSc standards and SOPs.
Monitor cleaning quality and compliance with safety standards.
Improve workforce productivity and service quality.
