We are seeking an experienced Residential Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end residential compound in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment while managing the compound’s staff, services, and facilities efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with both current and new prospective residents, responding to inquiries, giving tours of the compound, and assisting with the leasing process.
• Address residents’ inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Supervise daily operations, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and community services.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site staff teams; handle recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with residents, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and improvement plans.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a residential compound, gated community, or similar facility.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
• Ability to interact confidently with new customers, provide property tours, and support the move-in process.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
