Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Conference Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing conferences and events under the guidance of the Conference Manager.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Liaise with sponsors, exhibitors, and participants to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as programs, schedules, and promotional content.
• Maintain and manage event databases, registrations, and feedback.
• Support onsite event operations, including registration desks and attendee assistance.
• Handle administrative tasks as delegated by the Conference Manager.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; IT knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events, if required.
