Description
Role:
Oversee daily site work, ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of all construction and fit-out activities.
Key Duties:
Supervise site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and safety rules.
Coordinate materials, inspections, and daily task planning.
Report progress and resolve on-site issues.
Maintain basic site documentation.
Requirements:
3–7 years site experience.
Strong knowledge of civil/MEP/finishing works.
Able to read drawings and manage labor teams.
