Job Description:
We are urgently seeking two highly skilled and experienced Continental Chefs to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality Western/Continental cuisine for our project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present authentic Continental dishes according to established quality and presentation standards.
Oversee daily kitchen prep, food safety, hygiene, and line operations.
Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and strictly uphold sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience as a Continental Chef in restaurants, hotels, or large-scale catering services.
Strong expertise in Western/Continental culinary techniques and menu planning.
Valid transferable Iqama with the ability to join immediately.
