8 - 10 years' experience, mainly in the contractor's side
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, law)
Preferred additional qualifications (master's in construction law, knowledge in FIDIC, NEC, JCT, RICS)
Assist in preparing and reviewing contractual documents, including contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
Maintain and organize contract records and documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Support the preparation of claims and variations, including gathering supporting evidence.
Monitor contract compliance and alert the Head of Contracts to any potential breaches or risks.
Assist in drafting and responding to contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Support negotiations for contract terms, variations, and claims under the guidance of the Head of Contracts.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
Prepare periodic reports on contractual status, risks, and opportunities for review by the Head of Contracts.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
