We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Control Room Officer to join our team.

Requirements:

Diploma degree
2–4 years of experience in a Control Room, Security, Operations, or similar role
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and vehicle tracking systems
Strong observation, reporting, and coordination skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively

Responsibilities:

Monitor fleet movements, alarms, and operational systems in real time
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and system alerts
Coordinate with drivers, security, safety, and operational teams when required
Report violations, incidents, and operational issues
Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner
Support emergency response procedures and safety compliance
Ensure smooth and efficient control room operations

Preferred:

Experience with fleet monitoring or AVL systems
Knowledge of HSE procedures and emergency response protocols
Basic IT and cybersecurity awareness
Experience in transportation or mobility operations
