Description
We are looking for Cook Assistant/Sambosa Maker
2 - 3 year experince
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare samosa dough, fillings, and ingredients according to recipes
Shape, fill, and fold samosas consistently and neatly
Fry or bake samosas to the correct texture, color, and taste
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, tools, and work area
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Manage raw materials and minimize food waste
Assist with bulk preparation during peak hours
Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness
