Job Summary:

Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and controlling production costs related to plastic and paper manufacturing processes. Ensures accurate cost allocation, supports pricing decisions, and helps improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost reports for raw materials (plastic resins, paper pulp), labor, and overhead
Monitor production costs and identify variances between actual and standard costs
Maintain and update standard costing systems for manufacturing processes
Conduct inventory valuation and reconcile stock for raw materials and finished goods
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Analyze cost efficiency of production lines and recommend improvements
Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to control costs
Assist in pricing strategies and profitability analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing (plastic/paper industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and ERP systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
