Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager to oversee project cost management for a major housing and villa construction project in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, costs, commitments, forecasts, variations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the overall project budget and cost control system.
* Track actual costs, commitments, accruals, forecasts, and cost variances.
* Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, EAC/ETC, and management reports.
* Monitor cost performance against project budgets and identify potential overruns.
* Coordinate with QS, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Construction teams.
* Review the cost impact of variations, changes, claims, and additional works.
* Monitor subcontractor and supplier costs, commitments, and payment applications.
* Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
* Ensure accurate cost coding, reporting, forecasting, and project financial records.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field.
* 10+ years of relevant construction/project cost-control experience.
* Minimum 5 years in a Cost Control Manager / Senior Cost Control role.
* Strong experience in housing, villa, residential.
* Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred.
* Can join immediately

* Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in large-scale residential developments, villa compounds, townhouse projects, or multi-building housing projects in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
