Job Responsibilities

Safely operate Crawler, Rough Terrain (RT), and Mobile Cranes.
Operate Kobelco and SANY Crawler Cranes and XCMG RT 90T, Mobile Crane 160T, and Mobile Crane 250T.
Conduct daily crane inspections before starting operations.
Operate cranes according to approved lifting plans and load charts.
Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment safely.
Coordinate with Riggers, Lifting Supervisors, and Site Supervisors during lifting operations.
Follow all HSE rules, lifting procedures, and company safety policies.
Monitor crane capacity, ground conditions, and working radius during operations.
Report any mechanical problems, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain the crane in a clean, safe, and good working condition.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Crane Operator.
Valid Crane Operator License/Certification.
Proven experience operating Crawler, RT, or Mobile Cranes.
Experience with Kobelco, SANY, XCMG RT 90T, 160T, or 250T is preferred.
Good knowledge of load charts and safe lifting practices.
Ability to work effectively with rigging and lifting teams.
Physically fit, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Willing to work on construction and heavy lifting projects.
