Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
Maintain customer records and follow up on requests
Support the customer service team with daily tasks
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written - Arabic)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus
