Description

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented lady to join our team.

Requirements:

* Excellent computer skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Experience in customer service and handling calls
* Ability to manage orders using POS/system
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Organized and able to maintain a clean workspace

Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls and take orders accurately
* Enter and manage orders in the system
* Confirm all order details (items, quantities, special requests, location)
* Coordinate clearly with the kitchen team
* Ensure all meals are correct, complete, and ready before dispatch
* Double-check packaging, labeling, and order numbers
* Handle customer complaints professionally
* Prepare daily sales and order reports
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Report any issues or mistakes immediately
