Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle various service tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Assist customers with product or service information, orders, and troubleshooting issues
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Process returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain patient and professional in handling customer concerns
