Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Assist customers with orders, complaints, and general questions.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Process transactions, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer management software.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
