We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Assistant to assist customers with their questions and requests.
The candidate will handle customer calls and messages, provide basic information, follow up on customer inquiries, record customer details, and support the customer service team with daily tasks.
Basic education is sufficient
No high qualification required
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to deal with customers professionally
Good English communication is preferred
