We are hiring a Data Analyst to collect, process, validate, analyze and present operational and project data supporting decisions across renewable energy, solar resource assessment, meteorological monitoring and project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, transform and analyze data from multiple systems, databases, APIs, project records and meteorological stations
Develop and maintain automated ETL / ELT pipelines using Python, SQL and Power Query

Design structured datasets, relational databases, data models and data-warehouse structures
Build interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, DAX measures and management reports
Perform time-series analysis of solar radiation, meteorological and operational data to identify trends, anomalies and missing data
Build automated data validation and quality-control routines (missing records, duplicates, outliers, communication failures)
Reconcile data across sources and investigate discrepancies and root causes
Automate processing and reporting with Python, Pandas and NumPy
Integrate data from APIs, databases, CSV and Excel files

Develop project and portfolio KPIs and executive-level reports
Support geospatial analysis using QGIS or equivalent
Support statistical, correlation, predictive and anomaly-detection studies
Maintain documentation, version control and data integrity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field (4 years minimum); Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering or reporting
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and Power BI is mandatory
Advanced SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, complex queries), Power Query and DAX
Practical experience building automated ETL pipelines, dashboards and data models
Experience with large multi-source and time-series datasets
API integration, automated reporting and QGIS / geospatial experience preferred
Machine learning and predictive analytics exposure is an advantage
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
