Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across various systems with high accuracy.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, good typing skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Accuracy

Enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately.

Review and verify entered information to ensure data integrity.

Correct errors and inconsistencies in data when identified.

Record & Document Management

Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical files.

Retrieve information for team members upon request.

Ensure documents are properly labeled and stored for easy access.

Data Verification

Double-check data against source documents before finalizing.

Report missing or unclear information to the appropriate department.

Reporting & Updates

Assist in preparing simple data reports for management.

Update daily logs and tracking sheets.

Administrative Support

Assist with typing tasks, formatting documents, and responding to emails.

Support other departments with data-related tasks when needed.

Confidentiality

Handle sensitive and private information responsibly.

Follow company policies regarding data protection.

Time Management & Efficiency

Complete tasks within assigned timelines.

Prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is an advantage.

Strong typing skills and good command of English.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Familiarity with database systems or CRM software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
