Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
This position requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Update and maintain customer, product, or financial information
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any inaccuracies
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Generate reports and perform data audits as needed
Support administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM recommended)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
