A leading group of companies is looking for a debt collector with the following profile

Monitor daily bank statement and update the fund received status in collection tracker

Daily updating of follow up with customers and further schedule status in collection plan report

Coordinate with customers for payment and address with any discrepancies/disputes

Follow up with customer for proper invoice details for allocation and send to receipts passing team

Prepare all the receipts against fund received

Update and maintain Cheque Deposit Register

On time escalation of invoice issues to next level

Responding to all external and internal mails

Provide the fund receipt tracker update details FM
