About the Role

Spider Plus Trading LLC is a leading provider of heavy equipment, machinery rental, and construction support services across the GCC.
We are seeking a motivated and professional Saudi National Debt Collector to join our Finance team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments, conducting client visits, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely payment recovery across various regions in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection across Riyadh and other KSA regions
• Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and official reminders
• Coordinate with Finance for payment settlements and dispute resolution
• Maintain accurate collection records, receipts, and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi legal regulations
• Safeguard company funds and confidential financial documents
• Build positive professional relationships with clients while ensuring payment recovery

Requirements
Mandatory:

• Saudi National
• Valid KSA Driving License
• Fluent Arabic communication skills
• English speaking skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for field collections
Preferred:
• 1–2 years experience in debt collection, customer service, or field operations
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with KSA routes and geography
• Basic knowledge of financial documents and reporting
