China Harbour Engineering Arabia (CHEC Arabia) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our flagship Diriyah Gate II – Arena Block Project, one of Saudi Arabia's landmark Giga-Projects. This is a high-impact leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational construction environment.

Role Overview

The Delivery Manager will serve as the strategic owner of project delivery — driving client value, service health, and end-to-end execution across the Arena Block scope. The role bridges internal project teams and the client, ensuring delivery commitments, programme milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of the Arena Block scope against programme, cost, and quality targets
Act as the primary interface between CHEC project teams and the client / PMC
Remove blockers, manage risk, and refine delivery workflows to keep the project on track
Drive adherence to Service Level commitments, contractual obligations, and milestone delivery
Coordinate across MEP, Technical, Commercial, Logistics, and Construction functions
Lead delivery governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure client satisfaction, retention of delivery confidence, and overall project health.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
12+ years' experience in large-scale construction / infrastructure delivery
Proven track record managing delivery on Giga-Projects (KSA / GCC experience strongly preferred)
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Familiarity with Saudi construction practices and project governance standards
Transferable Iqama preferred; candidates eligible for Ajeer / project-based engagement welcome.
