Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Drivers Coordinator & Recruiter to join our team and help scale our delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard skilled delivery drivers
• Maintain strong network and manpower supply channels
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with drivers
• Advertise job vacancies effectively and creatively
• Follow up on all official emails professionally
• Handle motorcycle follow-ups, maintenance schedules & renewals
• Support in all related field and back-office operations
Requirements:
• Strong contacts in the driver and delivery industry
• Experience in delivery/logistics operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and follow-up procedures
• Proactive and reliable attitude
