EHSS MANAGER

Minimum 5 years as manager and total 15 year experience in oil and gas petrochemical industrial sector in Saudia Arabia Aramco, SABIC Experience will be preferred:
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Relevant field with All HSE certification:
Excellent communications, English language Skills:
Age 35 to 45 year:

1-HSE leadership & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with international OSHA,NEBOSH,ISO 14001,ISO 45001 and local regulatory HSE standard across all industrial sector operation & maintenance:

2-Policy & System Development:
Develop, implement, and continuously improvement HSE policies, procedure, and management system to with corporate and industry best practice:

3-Risk & Incident Management:
Lead risk assessment, HAZOP/HAZID studies and incident investigation ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions are effectively implemented.

4-Training & Awareness :
Design and conduct HSE training program, Safety drills, And awareness campaigns to build a strong safety culture across all level of staff.

5-Monitoring & Reporting:
Oversee site inspection safety audits, and performance monitoring, prepare detailed HSE performance reports, for management.
