Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS training, compliance, or industrial safety roles within power, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.

Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery.

Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience delivering EHSS training programs, orientations, and contractor onboarding sessions.

Ability to deliver training on Permit to Work (PTW), Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Working at Height, Fire Prevention, SIMOPS, and other safety-related topics.

Experience supporting large workforce mobilization during shutdown, restoration, or turnaround activities.

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and industry EHSS best practices.

Strong presentation, communication, record-keeping, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification and NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
